Shimla, Aug. 11 -- Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Himachal Pradesh must leverage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to protect their innovations and create greater value from their ideas, products and technologies, Assistant Director, MSME Development Office, Ministry of MSME, Ashok Kumar Gautam said here on Tuesday.

Addressing a meeting of the Steering Committee of the Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre (IPFC), PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), Shimla, Gautam stressed the need to accelerate IPR awareness activities and expand their reach among entrepreneurs across the state.
