Mumbai, July 15 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is expected to carry out a cabinet reshuffle soon, drop underperforming ministers as well as induct new faces, sources said here on Wednesday.
However, it is not clear when exactly the cabinet reshuffle exercise will be undertaken, sources said.
According to sources, Fadnavis plans to drop underperforming ministers as well as induct new faces in the Maharashtra cabinet.
As a prelude to the exercise, Fadnavis had asked Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Deputy Sunetra Pawar to review the performance of ministers from their respective parties in order to identify those ministers who have underperformed.
