Patna, Aug. 2 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Sunday said the state government belongs to the people and not to any individual or political alliance, asserting that every minister and legislator is a public servant committed to the welfare of citizens.
Addressing a function organised by the Akhil Bharatiya Kanu Halwai Vichar Manch here, Choudhary said every day and every hour the government is dedicated to the development of Bihar and public service.
