Shimla, June 3 -- Claiming that the people's verdict in the Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) elections has set the stage for a regime change in Himachal Pradesh, senior BJP leader and State Media In-charge Randhir Sharma on Wednesday termed the results a rejection of the Congress government.
Addressing media persons here on Wednesday, Sharma said the outcome of the elections had made the political mood of the state evident, asserting that people had overwhelmingly supported BJP-backed candidates, while expressing dissatisfaction with the ruling Congress government.
