Patna, June 9 -- : The First Class Judicial Magistrate Anurag Verma today rejected the regular bail application of Roshan Anand, who is an accused in the alleged assault on a security guard of Khan Global Studies.
After hearing arguments from both the prosecution and the defence, the court had reserved its order, which was pronounced during the day.
According to the prosecution, the accused persons allegedly entered the premises of Khan Global Studies, dragged a security guard outside and assaulted him, causing injuries. The incident led to the registration of a criminal case by the police.
Police had arrested Roshan Anand along with co-accused Abhishek Kumar and Gaurav Kumar. All three were sent to judicial custody on June 3.
