Nagpur, April 29 -- Patanjali Group is set to establish a large-scale orange processing cluster at its facility located in the non-SEZ zone of the MIHAN project in Nagpur.
The initiative is being touted as the country's largest orange processing cluster supported by government subsidies.
The project will be implemented by Patanjali Food and Herbal Park Private Limited, which plans to invest approximately Rs 650 crore to create advanced fruit processing and value-addition infrastructure.
A portion of this investment will be reimbursed through subsidies from the National Horticulture Board (NHB), under the union Ministry of Agriculture. Additionally, Indian Overseas Bank has approved a loan of about Rs 125 crore for the venture.
