Mumbai, Aug. 13 -- As the Parsi community celebrates Navroz, its New Year, the rich culinary traditions of the community are finding renewed interest among India's increasingly diverse dining audiences.

Known for dishes such as Dhansak, Patiyo, Patra Ni Macchi, Salli Boti, Akuri and Lagan Nu Custard, Parsi cuisine reflects a long history of migration, adaptation and cultural exchange. Traditionally rooted in Parsi homes and Irani cafes, the cuisine is now making its way into contemporary restaurant experiences.
