Srinagar, June 26 -- The Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs, headed by MP Shashi Tharoor, was briefed on Ladakh's key developmental and environmental challenges, including its fragile ecosystem and growing water scarcity, during its visit to the union Territory.
The committee interacted with Lieutenant Governor Ladakh Vinai Kumar Saxena on Thursday, who outlined the administration's efforts to address these challenges.
