Kolkata, March 2 -- Making a scathing attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, union Minister Amit Shah said that the 'Parivartan' Yatra aims to make Bengal free from infiltration, which, he alleged, was made a haven under the TMC government.

"The meaning of 'Parivartan' is to make Bengal free from infiltration... It meant to make Bengal corruption-free... 'Parivartan' means to throw away the corrupt TMC government and make the BJP government," he said in South 24 Parganas.

He highlighted the state budget, saying only Rs 80 crore was allocated for science and development, while Rs 5,700 crore went to Madrasas.
