New Delhi/Hyderabad, July 28 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday said those responsible for question paper leaks must be punished severely and called for a national policy to curb the menace, alleging that coaching centres operating without proper regulation had become hubs for such irregularities.

Speaking to reporters after meeting union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Chief Minister said Telangana had restructured the Telangana Public Service Commission on the lines of the UPSC and was conducting recruitment examinations transparently to restore students' confidence.
