Panchkula, Aug. 28 -- Persistent problems related to electricity, drinking water, drainage, damaged roads and deteriorating infrastructure came under sharp focus during a public grievance meeting held at Charniya village in Pinjore block of this Haryana district on Thursday.
Deputy Commissioner Satpal Sharma directed officials to resolve the issues within fixed deadlines. Villagers from Charniya and surrounding areas raised a series of complaints before the Deputy Commissioner at Government High School, Charniya, highlighting the problems being faced by residents due to inadequate and damaged infrastructure.
