Panchkula, Oct. 19 -- Panchkula Deputy Commissioner Satpal Sharma on Monday ordered an inspection into alleged unauthorised construction for a mobile tower in a residential colony and directed officials to resolve pending public grievances and submit compliance reports at Thursday's grievance redressal camp.
The directions followed a complaint from residents of Mahadev Colony in Ward 18, who alleged that construction for the tower was being carried out in violation of rules in their residential area.
Sharma instructed the concerned official of the Kalka Municipal Council to inspect the site, submit a report, and stop the work if it was found to be unauthorised.
