Muzzafarabad, Aug. 6 -- Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has secured a landslide majority in the legislative elections in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), winning 24 of the 34 seats contested in the first two phases, according to the regional election commission.
With voting for the remaining 11 seats scheduled for August 10, the PML-N has already crossed the 23-seat majority threshold, marking the Sharif family's return to power in PoJK after a decade.
