Drass, July 26 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday launched a scathing attack on Pakistan during the commemoration of the 27th Kargil Vijay Diwas at the Kargil War Memorial in Drass, accusing the neighbouring country of institutionalising terrorism as a part of its state policy and declaring that India would hold both terrorists and their state sponsors equally accountable.
Addressing soldiers, veterans and families of Kargil martyrs, Singh asserted that the distinction between Pakistan's military establishment and terrorist groups had "completely disappeared". He said Pakistan's Army was no longer merely sheltering terror outfits but was working "hand in hand" with them.
