Moscow, April 27 (Sputnik) At least 42 people were killed and 10 wounded in Chad as a result of a clash between two families over access to a water source, the Tchadinfos portal reported citing authorities.According to Chadian Deputy Prime Minister Limane Mahamat, this violence is not related to 'classic utilities clashes,' but was the result of a dispute between two families over a water source, which escalated into retaliatory actions across a wider area, the portal reported.Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno sent a commission to the scene, including the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Defence, and the Chief of the General Staff.
