New Delhi, Nov. 4 -- More than 20,000 BJP workers took part in a massive 'Loktantra Bachao, Arajakta Hatao' padyatra in East Delhi on Wednesday, with senior party leaders accusing the Congress and other Opposition parties of undermining constitutional institutions and attempting to create political instability.
The march, which began near Karkardooma Mor and proceeded along Vikas Marg towards Nirman Vihar, was led by union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and Delhi BJP president Harsh Malhotra. The scale of the mobilisation was such that while the leading contingent had reached Nirman Vihar, the tail of the procession was still at Karkardooma Mor.
