Patna, June 17 -- Bihar Congress in-charge Krishna Allavaru said on Wednesday that the process of appointing new office-bearers under the party's organisational restructuring campaign has begun, and the list of nearly 60 per cent of block presidents has already been finalized, while the remaining block-level appointments will be announced within the next ten days.
During a meeting held at the Congress state headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram, with Bihar Congress president Rajesh Ram, district observers, and former election candidates, Allavaru reviewed zone-wise progress reports and analysed the organisational feedback received from various districts.
