Siliguri, May 20 -- Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Wednesday asserted that administrative decisions in North Bengal would be taken in consultation with Opposition legislators.
Speaking at an administrative review meeting at the north Bengal secretariat Uttarkanya here, the Chief Minister asked officials whether any Opposition MLAs were present at the venue.
Significantly, among the five districts of North Bengal, only one Trinamool Congress MLA - Sangeeta Roy of Sitai - was elected in the recent Assembly polls. She, however, remained absent from Wednesday's programme despite being invited.
