Hyderabad, July 9 -- Hyderabad City Police on Thursday conducted a massive cordon and search operation, codenamed 'Operation Thunderbolt', in Manganri Basti under the limits of Habeeb Nagar Police Station, targeting drug trafficking and other criminal activities.
More than 1,100 police personnel drawn from the Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (H-NEW), Task Force, H-FAST, Central Crime Station (CCS), CAR Armed Reserve, and local police participated in the operation, which was launched at around 3.30 am.
