Patna, July 20 -- The opening day of the brief monsoon session of Bihar legislative council was adjourned for the day today after greeting Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar on his birthday and welcoming the newly elected members of upper house.
Welcoming the members, the Chairman of Bihar legislative council Awadhesh Narayan Singh highlighted the achievement of the state government.
In his address Singh said that the government committed to ensuring a quality education system for children.
