Pune, April 21 -- Member of Parliament Supriya Sule has expressed her willingness to hold an open and respectful discussion with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis regarding women's reservation in the Lok Sabha and State Assemblies.
She urged the Chief Minister to suggest a convenient time and venue for the dialogue, effectively issuing a counter-challenge. Sule also questioned why the Women's Reservation Bill, passed in 2023, has remained unimplemented for over two-and-a-half years.
Speaking ahead of a public rally in the Baramati Assembly constituency, Sule also paid tribute while recalling memories of late Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
