Chennai, June 4 -- As India continues its rapid digital transformation, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) could emerge as the next major frontier in improving access to justice, according to legal-tech entrepreneur and advocate Aditya Shivkumar, Founder of Resolve Disputes Online (RDO), a Chennai-based platform that has gained acceptance among courts and institutions across North America, Europe and Asia.

Buoyed by the success of its roll out in USA, he said drawing lessons from international deployments, India could be uniquely positioned to adopt ODR more rapidly than many developed countries.
