Srinagar, July 29 -- A senior BJP leader in J&K on Wednesday criticised Chief Minister and National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah and Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti, saying both leaders must answer to the people of Kashmir over civilian killings and pellet-related injuries during their respective tenures in government.
BJP spokesperson Altaf Thakur accused Omar and Mehbooba of indulging in "selective politics" by repeatedly highlighting the plight of pellet victims while remaining silent about the incidents that took place when they were in power.
