Bhubaneswar, June 23 -- Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday unearthed substantial assets during simultaneous searches conducted in connection with a disproportionate assets (DA) case against Padmalochan Nayak, Executive Engineer of the Command Area Development Authority (CADA), Sambalpur Division.
The searches were launched following allegations that Nayak possessed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
According to official sources, the multi-location operation is being carried out by Odisha Vigilance with a team comprising four DSPs, 13 Inspectors, seven ASIs, and supporting staff on the basis of search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Sambalpur.
