Bhubaneswar, Sept. 26 -- The Odisha government will develop an e-portal to streamline and expedite the settlement of Sri Jagannath land occupied by servitors and non-servitors, Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan said.
Reviewing a high-level meeting on Friday on the settlement of Sri Jagannath land, Harichandan said the Law Department would initiate the process of providing land rights to servitors and non-servitors who have been residing on Sri Jagannath land for a long period.
The proposed e-portal will enable servitors and non-servitors occupying Sri Jagannath land to submit their details online, making the process simpler and more transparent, he said.
