Bhubaneswar, May 16 -- In a major enforcement drive amid the prevailing fuel crisis, the Odisha Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department conducted extensive raids across multiple locations in the state and seized 505 litres of illegally stored diesel.
Acting on reports of unauthorized stockpiling and black-market fuel trade, enforcement teams carried out surprise inspections at several supply points and storage locations. During the crackdown, officials uncovered significant quantities of diesel being hoarded in violation of essential commodity regulations.
