Bhubaneswar, July 4 -- The Odisha government has intensified preparations for the official visit of Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan on July 9, during which he will attend the national launch of the 'Letter of Authorisation' programme for Indian-flagged vessels engaged in high-seas fishing and preside over the 15th Convocation Ceremony of the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Khordha.
