Bhubaneswar, March 5 -- Former Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal (BJD) President Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep concern over the state of Panchayati Raj institutions in Odisha, stating that they are currently "in great danger."Patnaik emphasized that only a leader who respects the power of the people can truly strengthen the Panchayati Raj system.
