Bhubaneswar, June 1 -- The State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (SCPD), Odisha, on Monday reviewed the status of housing assistance and sports infrastructure for persons with disabilities (PwDs), stressing the need for effective implementation of provisions under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
The issues were discussed at the latest edition of "Sakhyama - An Ability Talk", organised by the SCPD in collaboration with the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department and the Sports and Youth Services Department.
