Bhubaneswar, July 8 -- Odisha has decided to digitise its land registration services by introducing a fully paperless and cashless registration system across all registration offices in the state, in a major reform enhancing transparency, efficiency and accountability.

Reviewing the proposed reforms, the Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari said the new system would make the registration process transparent, citizen-friendly and virtually free from corruption by minimising physical interface and eliminating cash transactions.
