Bhubaneswar, April 14 -- On the auspicious occasion of Maha Bishuba Sankranti and the Odia New Year, the Odisha government unveiled an innovative programme, 'Aarohan', aimed at strengthening the foundation of early childhood education across the state.

Carrying the inspiring tagline "Ujwala Bhabisyat Pain Pade Agaku" (A Step Forward Towards a Brighter Future), the initiative was formally launched by Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida at the ICWS campus in Bhubaneswar.
