Bhubaneswar, May 23 -- The Odisha Government today conducted a high-level review meeting to assess the State's preparedness and preventive measures against any possible outbreak of the Ebola virus disease, even as officials confirmed that no suspected case has so far been detected anywhere in the country.

The meeting, held at the State Secretariat, was chaired by Odisha Health and Family Welfare Minister Mukesh Mahaling and focused on strengthening surveillance, emergency response systems and healthcare preparedness in the State.
