Bhubaneswar, June 30 -- Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Tuesday urged Odisha Revenue Service (ORS) direct recruit probationary officers to develop an in-depth understanding of both Central and State welfare schemes and serve as an effective bridge between the government and citizens to enhance public service delivery.
