Bhubaneswar, July 20 -- Odisha Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati on Monday emphasised the need for ensuring inclusive, dignified and sustainable development of the State's Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs), stating that the dream of a developed Odisha and a developed India can be achieved only when marginalised communities progress with equal opportunities and dignity.
