Bhubaneswar, June 18 -- : The Odisha government on Thursday constituted a three-member committee headed by Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary Deo Ranjan Kumar Singh to investigate printing-related errors detected in Odia textbooks used in government schools.

The committee has been tasked with identifying at which stage the mistakes occurred and fixing accountability on the officials or agencies responsible for the lapses.

Apart from Singh, the committee includes Secretary of the Odia Language, Literature and Culture Department Vijay Ketan Upadhyay and Deputy Secretary of the General Administration Department Smita Pani.
