Bhubaneswar, May 22 -- Odisha has emerged as one of the leading states in the country in the field of biodiversity conservation, Odisha Forest, Environment, and Climate Change Minister Ganesh Ram Singkhuntia said on Friday.
Addressing the state-level celebration of the International Day for Biological Diversity, themed "Acting Locally for Global Impact," the Minister highlighted several initiatives undertaken by the state government in the conservation sector.
