Bhubaneswar, Sept. 11 -- Odisha has concluded its three-day investment outreach in the United Arab Emirates with proposed investments of Rs 2,42,162 crore and employment potential of 6,18,725, as Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi pitched the State as a preferred destination for global capital, technology and manufacturing partnerships.

The three-day investment outreach in the United Arab Emirates, led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, resulted in eight Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and 16 Investment Intents (IIFs), with the proposed investments spread across traditional and emerging sectors.
