Bhubaneswar, July 14 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday congratulated ace sprinter Animesh Kujur for his remarkable performance in the 100-metre race at the 'Fast Arms Fast Legs' meet in Germany.
Kujur, a talented sprinter from Odisha, clocked an impressive 10.14 seconds in the 100m event, recording the fastest time by an Indian sprinter on foreign soil.
Taking to social media platform X, Majhi said Kujur's remarkable achievement on the world athletics stage would certainly inspire young sportspersons to move forward and excel.
"I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Animesh and wish him a bright and successful sporting career," the Chief Minister said.
