Bhubaneswar, June 8 -- In a major initiative to strengthen industrial infrastructure and boost women's participation in the workforce, the Odisha Cabinet on Monday approved the development of a large-scale Women Workers' Hostel at the Kalibeti Industrial Area in Khordha district at an estimated cost of Rs 210.36 crore.
Briefing reporters after the Cabinet meeting, Chief Secretary Anu Garg said the project, titled "Development of Women Workers' Hostel in Kalibeti Industrial Area, Khordha, Odisha," will be implemented by the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) through a turnkey mode.
