Bhubaneshwar, April 14 -- union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday dedicated and laid foundation stones for 78 projects worth Rs 375 crore at his home turf of Sambalpur parliamentary constituency.

Pradhan, who had a hectic schedule, attended separate programmes at Kuchinda and Bamra and inaugurated 39 projects worth Rs 108.33 crore.

Besides, he laid the foundation stone of 39 projects worth Rs 267.3 crore.

Laying the foundation stone of a new sub-district hospital building at Kuchinda, he said that this state-of-the-art 100-bed hospital and specialized trauma care centre to be built at a cost of about Rs 53 crore will strengthen the emergency healthcare services in the region.
