Bhubaneswar, June 15 -- Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bolangir district administration for deployment of three battery-operated vehicles to facilitate transportation of patients and attendants between Titlagarh town and the Mother & Child Hospital (MCH), Titlagarh in a step towards strengthening healthcare accessibility in western Odisha.
The project will be implemented with financial support of Rs 17 lakh under MCL's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
The Mother & Child Hospital at Titlagarh serves as the region's primary referral healthcare facility for maternal and child healthcare, catering to a large rural and tribal population from Titlagarh and adjoining bloc...
