Bhubaneswar, June 24 -- Odisha Vigilance on Wednesday arrested the executive engineer of the Command Area Development Authority (CADA), Sambalpur Division, after unearthing a sprawling asset empire comprising three buildings, 18 land parcels across multiple districts and foreign currency notes from four countries during raids linked to a disproportionate assets case.
A massive triple-storeyed mansion in Cuttack, two more residential buildings, 18 land parcels and foreign currency holdings formed part of the assets allegedly amassed by Padmalochan Nayak, executive engineer of CADA, Sambalpur Division.
