Bhubaneswar, July 27 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today ordered a Crime Branch investigation into the 'mysterious' disappearance of the Justice A.S. Naidu Commission report on the 2008 Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati murder case close to six weeks after the Odisha Home Department lodged a police complaint over the missing file.
The State's Home Department lodged a complaint with the police over the disappearance of two crucial inquiry reports-the Justice A.S. Naidu Commission report on the Laxmanananda assassination and the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC) inquiry report into a fire tragedy at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar.
