Bhubaneswar, June 6 -- The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls is underway across Odisha, with the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) today urging citizens to cooperate with Booth Level Officers (BLOs) engaged in door-to-door verification and data collection.

The CEO's office appealed to all eligible voters who are yet to submit their enumeration forms to do so at the earliest, warning that failure to complete the process within the stipulated time frame could lead to exclusion of their names from the electoral rolls.

Enumeration forms had been distributed to 1,98,97,331 voters across the state by 6 pm on Saturday, covering 59.57 per cent of Odisha's total electorate.
