During a press conference at Tilak Bhavan in Mumbai, NSUI State President Sagar Salunke and Youth Congress Mumbai President Zeenat Shabrin released a special "Report Card" evaluating Minister Dada Bhuse's performance, highlighting systemic failures like paper leaks, the Shalarth ID scam, and mass school closures.
