Boko (Assam), April 6 -- Meghalaya Chief Minister and National People's Party president Conrad Sangma on Monday addressed a massive election rally at Bamunigaon under the 28-Boko Chaygaon (ST) constituency in Assam, seeking support for party candidate Ganseng B. Sangma.
