Pune, June 10 -- Shiv Sena leader and Deputy Chairperson of the Legislative Council, Dr. Neelam Gorhe, has demanded that the public notice issued by the administration for tree felling on the Ganeshkhind road be withdrawn without delay.
The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has accepted this demand, she said in a release on Wednesday after an online meeting with PMC officials. It was decided to strike a balance between development work on Ganeshkhind Road and environmental conservation, she said.
