Northeastern University, University of London to set up offshore campuses in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Aug. 31 -- Telangana has secured major academic partnerships during the recent UK and US visits, with Northeastern University, Boston, and the University of London set to establish their first offshore campuses in India in Hyderabad, according to the state government.

A Telangana Rising delegation led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, along with IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu and senior officials, visited the UK, while officials toured the US from August 19 to 29 to advance the state's vision of transforming Hyderabad into India's first global knowledge hub.
