Siliguri, Aug. 18 -- Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has completed the track-linking works connecting Jogighopa (JPZ) Railway Station yard with the Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) GCT siding in Assam, marking a significant step towards strengthening freight connectivity and unlocking the logistics potential of the Northeast, including enhanced trade links with Bhutan.
The Non-Interlocking (NI) work has been completed, enabling freight trains to and from the MMLP to directly access the national railway network.
