Kolkata, May 20 -- The state government is preparing to introduce the village panchayat system in the hills of North Bengal, Rural Development and Animal Resources Development Minister Dilip Ghosh said on Wednesday.
Ghosh underlined that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government will stress development in North Bengal at all levels.
